We are looking for a proven fitness industry Head of Sales for our Education division.  Matrix is a brand of Johnson Health Tech Co Ltd (JHT). We seek to exceed our customers' expectations by delivering exceptional service and by building strong customer relationships. This role will therefore involve a high degree of travel within the UK as well as occasional travel outside.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and work closely with the Education Account Managers with responsibility for the overall Education Accounts sales target. Pro-active management of the Education Accounts Managers. Responsible for sales in agreed territory. Ensure that all Education Account Managers are fully motivated to meet or exceed sales objectives within their assigned areas by promoting and selling Matrix Fitness equipment through professional sales techniques and long-term customer relationships. Pro-actively develop the Matrix brand within the assigned territory among existing and new clients. Project at all times a highly professional image of Matrix and Johnson Health Tech UK. CORE COMPETENCIES You should be able to demonstrate experience of the following; Previous experience of managing a team or individual Education sector/market experience Proven selling skills with an ability to achieve target sales Monthly and quarterly reporting Management and responsibility of a bid and tender process Proven track record in sales of capital equipment within the Health & Fitness industry.
