Apple Hill is a dedicated 32-bedded hospital specializing in the care of Acute Mental Health Conditions. We are currently seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team!

What You’ll be Doing

• Assess and support residents with dementia and mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer psychiatric medications and monitor their effects.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and emotional support.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.

What You'll Need

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC registration.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the mental health or dementia care sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient nature.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of best practices in dementia and mental health care.
• Willingness to undergo ongoing training and professional development.
