The Sr. Manager, HR Business Partnerships is responsible for leading the HR Business Partner functions and growing a team of HR Business Partners to support the global organization. With a strong focus on advancement of our company culture, talent management, succession planning, and organizational design, this position serves as a trusted advisor to both Associates and senior leaders; coaching and guiding management teams on all people-related matters. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:  Talent Management: Setting direction and priorities for the HR Business Partnership team. Proactively partnering with leaders throughout the global organization to deeply understand their functional areas — both current and future state – in order to identify talent-related opportunities to support business needs. Building people strategy programs that will engage, develop, and retain employees. Initiating and leading succession management processes and ensuring plans are in place for internal talent pool candidates. Providing guidance to leaders on compensation, job evaluation and promotional decisions. Collaboratively working with Legal, Finance and other functional areas within Human Resources to ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies and benefit programs. Investigating employee relations issues and driving appropriate resolution with departmental leadership to achieve effective solutions consistent with our cultural values, applicable policies and laws. Proactively supporting leaders, managers and Associates across our global organization with coaching and guidance regarding Associate development conversations and performance issues. Providing input and collaboration into the Learning and Professional Development efforts to ensure appropriate new-hire orientation, training and other developmental programs are in place and in alignment with the current and anticipated future needs of the organization. Working closely with managers to develop and implement Associate performance remediation plans as necessary and escalating to HR leadership as warranted. Managing Associate exit processes, including the analysis of exit data to identify patterns and develop opportunities to improve the organization. Associate Engagement: Working with leaders to analyze results of Associate engagement surveys and creating action plans as necessary. Advocating for Associate needs and advising leaders on issues impacting Associate engagement. Workforce Planning: Proactively working with business leaders and HR Leadership to support creation, execution, and maintenance of the workforce plan. Partnering with the Resource Planning team and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure external recruiting efforts are tightly aligned with the global workforce plan. Change Management: Supporting organization design efforts by leading and supporting communication and change efforts. Guiding leaders to define and explicitly link our “Passion, Promise, People” internal brand to sustaining our desired corporate culture. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field 10 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience including experience directly leading others Ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of management Experience supporting team members, managers, and company leadership in multiple geographic areas, from and in different countries, and who possess different cultural perspectives Demonstrated ability to manage and lead change Ability to work with ambiguity in a demanding, fast-paced environment Proven ability to work at both a strategic and tactical level to drive talent management processes Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, coaching, and problem-solving skills Energetic professional able to effectively assess needs, identify potential options to meet the need, and effectively deliver the agreed-upon solution Strong understanding of current HR trends and practices Working knowledge of HR related legislation Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work flexible hours as needed Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10% - 20% of the time DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: MBA or advanced HR degree Experience working in a professional services organization Experience working in or supporting a virtual environment Experience in Project Management & Implementation
