A highly regarded property consultancy in South London is recruiting a Project Manager to deliver mixed-use developments. This Project Manager role is ideal for a confident construction project manager seeking greater client exposure. The Project Manager will manage residential and commercial schemes ranging from £5m-£30m.

The Project Manager will oversee procurement, programme and cost management while acting as Employer's Agent and coordinating consultants and contractors throughout delivery.

• Manage JCT contracts

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams

• Monitor programme and cost control

• Chair progress meetings

• Manage project risk

• You must have prior construction consultancxy epeience to be considered for this role.

• Degree qualified

• MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB desirable

• Strong consultancy background essential

• Mixed-use project experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• £45,000-£60,000
