Primary School Teacher - Worcester

Are you an experienced primary school teacher looking for work in Worcester?

Winner Education are seeking a dedicated Primary School Teacher to work in a school in the Worcester area. The role is long-term and suitable for experienced teachers holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

The successful candidate must:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum

Have previous experience teaching in primary schools

Be confident delivering lessons to full class sizes

Show strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Build excellent relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents

Be reliable, responsible, and willing to go “above and beyond”

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead lesson planning and preparation

Adapt lesson resources to support pupils with additional needs

Assess pupil progress and provide feedback

Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe learning environment

Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare
