We're excited to be partnering with a long term client in their search for a Customer Advisor to join their small, energetic team in South Cambridge. The role will be office based and offers the chance to work for an excellent business, with great people.

Key duties will include:

* Outbound calls to customers

* Providing information on the service

* Email correspondence

* Updating the system

* Ad-hoc administrative duties

The successful candidate will have:

* The ability to build relationships

* A nice telephone manner

* IT skills

* The want and desire to work for a family feel company
