Maintenance Technician- Brighton - £14.50ph

No CSCS or tools required - weekly pay.

We have an exciting temporary Maintenance Technician opportunity for a well-known Student Accommodation client based in Brighton. Monday to Friday (phone number removed)ph.

This is a very reactive role with lots of adhoc duties.

Daily tasks may be:

General repairs and maintenance tasks to include painting, basic plumbing, carpentry
Carrying out weekly, monthly and yearly PPM checks
Ensuring overall appearance of building(s), grounds and equipment is maintained
Moving furniture and heavy items from location to location on site as required
Replenish stocks, spares and supplies
The ideal candidate

Maintenance, Fabric Engineer, Handyperson or Caretaker experience
Experience of undertaking repairs and maintenance in a domestic residential environment
Understanding of risk assessments and PPM
Strong team player
Helpful and friendly personality with a flexible approach
Good communication and customer service skills
The client is looking to recruit until they find permanent staff.

The role is to start immediately.
