Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager

We're seeking a Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager to join a well-established contractor known for its professional, collaborative culture and excellent staff retention. 🔧 What You'll Be Doing

Lead and deliver mechanical works to agreed timescales and quality benchmarks

Organise and chair site meetings, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee commissioning activities

*

Manage site documentation, RAMS, and safety checks to maintain compliance

*

Tackle on-site challenges with a proactive, problem-solving approach

✅ What We're Looking For

SSSTS or SMSTS qualification

*

Valid CSCS card

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Experience managing mechanical works on site
