Are you an experienced Mechanical Services Manager with a specialisation in healthcare and education projects? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our clients' team in Blackburn.

As the Mechanical Services Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing ongoing projects, providing commercial and practical engineering contract management, and taking financial control of the projects you manage.

Job Description:

* Collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery.

* Oversee the commercial and practical aspects of engineering contracts.

* Monitor and control project finances to ensure profitability.

* Lead and guide mechanical operatives and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.

* Support the tendering process for traditional and design-and-build projects.

* Prioritise health and safety measures to maintain a safe working environment.

* Manage mechanical project values between £30k and £2.5m.
