Quantity Surveyor - Staffordshire- Industrial & Logistics

A regional main contractor based in Birmingham is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team, delivering industrial and logistics projects across the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an industrial background to work on high-value projects with strong career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Provide commercial support across industrial and logistics projects, ensuring costs, budgets, and programmes are effectively managed.
Assist with procurement, measurement, cost control, valuations, and accruals.
Support Project Managers and site teams with contract administration and change management.
Contribute to monthly reporting and forecasts, including earned value analysis.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client requirements.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the industrial or logistics sector, ideally with a Main Contractor.
Knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts and current construction law.
Experience in cost planning, procurement, and commercial management.
Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Package & Benefits

Salary: £55,000-£60,000 per annum
