The BusinessI am delighted to be partnering with a fast growing, ambitious business going through an exciting period of transformation due to recent acquisitions in the recruitment of a dynamic Accounts Payable Assistant to support its Group Finance teamThe RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to join a fast-growing finance team. The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the purchase to pay process across multiple business units. This includes accurate invoice processing, supplier management, compliance with internal controls, and supporting financial reporting. Duties include:

• Process purchase invoices across multiple entities
• Maintain supplier records and resolve queries
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs
• Weekly cash flow forecasting
• Prepare payment related data for cash flow forecasting
• Assist with process improvements and systems development 
• Assist with month end close processes and audit

Person

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger role
• Studying towards a finance qualification (AAT, CIMA, ACCA)
• Confident and comfortable working across multiple entities
• Good Excel skills and experience using accounting systems
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and communication skills
