🕒 Full-time | Permanent. Hours of work 08:00-16:30 or 08:30-17:00.

Integrity Plus Recruitment Ltd is excited to be recruiting for an Internal Business Development Executive on behalf of a growing business within the refurbished technology sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity is for someone who is motivated, target-driven, and enjoys building relationships with new and existing clients. Whether you have previous sales or telesales experience, or are looking to develop a career in business development, full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
✔️ Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
✔️ Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
✔️ Work closely with sales and marketing teams
✔️ Research target markets and follow up on leads.

What We're Looking For:

🔹 Strong communication and relationship-building skills
🔹 Organised with good attention to detail
🔹 Self-motivated and proactive
🔹 Sales or telesales experience desirable (but not essential)
🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
