Flexible Nursery Practitioner 

Level 2 - Up to £13.50

Level 3 - Up to £15.50

We’re currently recruiting Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners for temporary roles across Reading and Wokingham. Whether you're looking for occasional cover shifts or block bookings, we have ongoing opportunities to suit your schedule!

What You’ll Do

• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework

• Build warm, nurturing relationships with children, families, and nursery teams

• Adapt easily to different nursery settings and follow their daily routines

• Create safe, inclusive, and engaging environments for children aged 0–5

• Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality standards

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (Level 3 welcome!)

• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

• Confidence to work flexibly across different nurseries and client sites

• A proactive, reliable attitude and a genuine love for working with children

• Ability to travel between locations (driving licence desirable but not essential)
