Role: Telesales Executive

Location: Crawley Office

Salary: £22,(Apply online only) - £25,(Apply online only) +uncapped commission [£5,(Apply online only) - £17,(Apply online only) OTE year 1]

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week. Flexible between the hours of 8am - 6pm. Happy to consider individuals looking for less hours (paid pro rata).

Interaction Recruitment are currently working with a leading global Telecoms company looking to onboard a confident, sales-hungry Telesales Executive to join their thriving team. The successful individual will work to identify appointment opportunities within their territory, build successful customer relationships and closes sales opportunities. 

Whilst previous experience working within the sales industry is required, experience working specifically within the Telecoms industry is ideal but not a necessity as full training will be provided on the business' software/services. 

Whether you are an experienced sales person within the industry or a salesperson looking for to transition into a new industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow professionally whilst earning unlimited comission. You will get out what you put in!

Telesales Executive Responsibilities:

Uncovering and identifying new business sales opportunities for new and existing customers.
Identifying appointment opportunities and setting appointments for existing, lapsed, and new customers.
Ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved, along with other activity-based targets.
Managing the CRM system effectively, ensuring all relevant customer information is entered onto the system, accurately and on time.
Ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved, along with other activity-based targets.
To sell the full range of products and services, pro-actively up-selling and cross-selling new products and services.
Resolving customer complaints where necessary.
Conform to all operational processes or compliance requirements
Carrying out other duties as requested by the team on a business need basis.
Ensuring the highest standard of professional conduct and service both to customers and colleagues.
The successful Telesales Executive will be:

The successful Telesales Executive will have:

Confident, friendly and articulate telephone manner.
Evidence of meeting/exceeding sales targets, and understanding of target deadlines.
Enthusiasm and driven for success.
Excellent telephone manner.
Understanding and experience in the B2B market.
Ability to create new sales opportunities.
Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
Ability to negotiate and close high contract value deals.
Good IT skills including the use of CRM databases.
Accurate and timely data entry skills.
Evidence of being able to recognize sales opportunities.
Can demonstrate ability to handle high workloads and prioritize tasks.
Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems in particular Salesforce.
