Job Opportunity: Team Leader - Children's Residential - Cannock

We are recruiting an experienced Team Leader for a Children's Residential Service with an outstanding provider in Cannock (postal area WS11). This full-time, permanent position offers an immediate start with a competitive salary of up to £37,000, including generous remuneration for sleep-in shifts.Key Details:

* Home: A residential facility supporting children and young people with early life trauma, neglect, or abuse, who may display challenging behaviours.

Essential Requirements:

* Qualification: Must possess a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent.

* Professional Experience: Proven experience in children's residential care, with a strong understanding of current legislation (e.g., Children's Homes Regulations 2015, including quality standards).

* Leadership: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to plan shifts, manage risks, and inspire teams.

* Care Standards: Commitment to delivering outstanding care, maintaining professionalism, and acting with empathy and calm.

* Passion: Deep dedication to improving the lives of children and young people.

* Additional: Must hold a full manual driving licence and be willing to participate in ongoing professional development.
