Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for an exciting opportunity in a welcoming and supportive nursery environment? We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join a fantastic team in Brentwood, Essex.

Position: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: Brentwood, Essex
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5. You'll be responsible for delivering engaging learning activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and working collaboratively with a team of experienced practitioners. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for early years education, be dedicated to making a positive impact on children's development, and work well within a nurturing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering a high standard of care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

*

Observing and tracking children's progress and development

*

Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to engage and stimulate learning

*

Providing a safe, clean, and stimulating environment

*

Communicating effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on children's progress

*

Supporting the development and well-being of each child

*

Working as part of a team to create a positive, inclusive environment

What We're Looking For:

*

Level 3 Early Years Education qualification (or equivalent)

*

Previous experience working in a nursery setting

*

A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

*

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

*

Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum

*

A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous professional development
