Founded in 2011, we specialise in providing bespoke recruitment solutions to businesses across the UK. Due to continued success and growth, we have opened additional offices in Cheltenham and Birmingham.We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultants to join our team. You will be responsible for working within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector, growing and developing relationships with customers and sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies. Your job is to support the business by sourcing talent for a variety of positions for a range of different customers across the UK. The primary responsibility of your position will be to provide our services to businesses and candidates across the UK, negotiating terms of business, securing long term partnerships and sourcing the best talent for our clients.Skills Aptitude:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience within a recruitment environment – Eng/Manufacturing would be an advantage
  • Highly organised and able to work to strict deadlines
  • Team player with an ability to multitask and take initiative
  • Proactive and a self- starter
Duties
  • Build, maintain and grow long term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure delivery of a streamlined service
  • Develop into a specialist skillset providing expertise and talent for businesses
  • Act as an ambassador through interaction with any clients and candidates
  • Provide an excellent customer/candidate relationship experience
  • To support the resourcing team with expertise in best candidate attraction methods
Package
  • Flexible/Hybrid working – 3 days in the office
