What You'll Do:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across clinical services, ensuring high-quality patient care
• Manage and support a team of nurses, fostering clinical excellence and staff development
• Oversee compliance with regulatory standards, best practices, and hospital policies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless patient experiences
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within nursing services

What We're Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (NMC) with clinical management experience
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing nursing teams.
• Excellent knowledge of governance, risk management and clinical best practices
• Proven ability to manage complex clinical environments and drive quality improvement
• A patient-focused approach, ensuring compassionate and effective care
