We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman/Porter to join a large residential development in South West London. This is a hands-on role where you will combine general maintenance, repair, and improvement duties with front-of-house support to ensure the smooth running of the property.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, experienced, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. English language proficiency is essential.

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, tiling, painting, shower installation, and furniture assembly.

• Carry out daily checks to ensure communal areas and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

• Assist with porter duties, including supporting residents and visitors as required.

• Report and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.

• Support compliance and safety standards on site, including Health & Safety procedures.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working order.

• Proven experience as a Handyman, Builder, or Caretaker, ideally in residential or hospitality environments.

• Skilled in a range of maintenance tasks: painting, tiling, plumbing, furniture assembly, general repairs.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.

• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Fluent in English.
