Job Description
We are recruiting a dedicated SEND Teacher to support learners in a primary setting in Rugby. This role is perfect for someone with experience teaching children with special educational needs, who is confident in tailoring lessons and support to meet individual learning plans.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalised lessons for pupils with SEND, in line with EHCPs

*

Create a safe and structured learning environment for students with diverse needs

*

Work closely with teaching assistants and SEN professionals to implement interventions

*

Track and assess pupil progress to inform planning and next steps

*

Communicate effectively with families and external agencies to ensure consistency of support

Required Experience

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

*

Proven experience working with SEND pupils, ideally in a primary setting

*

Knowledge of differentiated learning strategies

*

Strong behaviour management and pastoral support skills
