Site Manager | Office Refurbishment | Greenwich
We are seeking a high-calibre Site Manager for a fast-track office refurbishment project in Greenwich. This is a 6-week contract starting this coming Monday.
The project involves a standard internal refresh, but we require a manager who treats every site like a flagship project-prioritizing safety, site standards, and smooth subcontractor coordination above all else.
The Role

• Office fit out/refurbishment.
• 6 Weeks (Full duration commitment required).
• Overseeing M&E installs, partitioning (drywall), and high-end painting/decorating.
• You will be responsible for RAMS reviews, daily inductions, and ensuring a culture of safety across all trades.

Requirements

• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Black Card (Essential).
• Proven experience in fast-paced commercial fitouts/refurbs.
• A "hands-on" leadership style-we need someone active on the floor, not just in the cabin.
• Strong technical understanding of M&E and internal partitioning.
