What You’ll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of maintenance professionals.
• Plan & Execute: Create schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Problem-Solve: Respond to maintenance emergencies and ensure swift resolutions.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections, review workmanship, and uphold safety standards.
• Collaborate: Work closely with contractors, vendors, and senior management.
• Drive Efficiency: Manage budgets, inventory, and ensure projects run smoothly.
• Develop Talent: Recruit, train, and support your team’s growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in maintenance leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good multi-skilled maintenance experience (Plumbing, Electrics, Carpentry & Fabric)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and think on your feet.
• Knowledge of health & safety practices and compliance standards.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (with occasional overtime/weekend work)Location: Office-based with property visits across London.
