Day to Day of the Role: - Engage in daily interactions with residents, assisting them in living independently and ensuring their well-being.
- Support residents with household tasks, meal preparation, and personal care.
- Follow individual care plans and assist with medication compliance.
- Build strong relationships with residents and colleagues, contributing to the community atmosphere.
- Work closely with managers and key agencies to monitor and report on resident progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - A good UK experience in working with elderly clients to develop independent living skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- A genuine desire to help people and make a difference in their lives.
- Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexibility and reliability are essential.
- Full UK driving license or access to a vehicle is recommended but not essential.
