A well-established construction and property consultancy based in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a range of public and private sector schemes across the Midlands. This is a brilliant opportunity for a motivated Project Manager to take on varied responsibilities and work closely with clients from project inception to completion.
The successful Project Manager will be involved in residential, education, healthcare and commercial developments, typically ranging in value from £2m to £40m. The consultancy is looking for a confident, client-facing Project Manager who is comfortable leading meetings, managing risk, and driving progress on multiple projects.
The Project Manager's role The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project delivery across the full lifecycle - from feasibility, procurement and planning through to handover. Key duties include risk management, stakeholder reporting, contract administration, and budget tracking.
You'll work as part of a collaborative team, but also take ownership of individual schemes. This role would suit a Project Manager seeking greater autonomy, project variety, and a clear route to progression within a growing Birmingham consultancy.
The Project Manager -
Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related

Minimum 3 years' consultancy or client-side experience

MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB (or working towards)

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts
