Rate: £55,000 - £85,000 + package

O'Neill and Brennan are partnered with a major fit out contractor who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with experience of working on Cat A & Cat B schemes from £1m - £25m experience to join their commercial team.

Role Overview

- Title: Quantity Surveyor

- Project: Fit Out

- Location: Central London

- Rate: £55,000 - £85,000

- Start: ASAP but can wait for the right person

- Type: Perm

Responsibilities

- Procure and Manage subcontract packages

- Support project reporting and cost forecasting

- Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project

Requirements

- Previous experience working on Cat A & Cat B projects from £1m - £25m

- Full commercial lifecycle experience

- Strong longevity in previous positions
