The Digital Solutions Coordinator working with TEAM Industrial will be an integral team member and work collaboratively to support project execution and the enterprise-wide adoption of digital service lines. We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable individual who can flourish within a fast-moving, results-driven team. Due to rapid product growth, this position will experience frequent opportunities to stretch and grow the candidate's skillset.
Position located in Boulder, Colorado.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and demonstrations
Capture meeting minutes and ensure team accountability on action items
Schedule and track project activities and deliverables
Manage equipment logistics, including: ordering, receiving, shipping & handling
Maintain CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and provide status reports to the team
Task creation, tracking, and maintenance using JIRA
Electronic file organization and indexing
Assist and contribute to the continuous improvement of projects
Prepare data for uploading, in collaboration with ETL team members
Upload and validate data within TEAM's proprietary solution
Review and analyze data, in collaboration with project team members
Follow-up with internal and external stakeholders to support adherence to project timelines
Track and manage software license renewals
Perform manual testing of proprietary software
Perform project-related configurations within proprietary software
KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Math or Software Engineering preferred.
1+ years' of experience in related role
Proven experience in administrative support, ideally focused on inspection & maintenance service industry principles and practices
Maintains knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel
Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate with intra-department teams
Detail-oriented, driven, and assertive with a “can-do” attitude, especially in situations in which information and/or support is lacking
Comfortable handling sometimes ambiguously-defined problems, developing creative solutions, prioritizing, and delivering against aggressive timelines
