Job Description

Vision Teaching are seeking a Candidate Resourcer for our fast-expanding teaching recruitment office in London, servicing London and the Home Counties.

As a Resourcer, your primary role will be identify, register and guide talented Teachers and Support staff through our on boarding process..

This includes:

• Searching CV sites for new prospective candidates
• Calling candidates from our existing database.
• Working alongside consultants to identify suitable candidates to work in our partner schools.

Day to day duties will also include:

• Conducting face to face and Teams registrations.
• Liaising with candidates to complete their registration with us.
• Liaison with professional bodies, Local Authorities, private clients and candidate referees.
• Database upkeep, ensuring candidates are regularly contacted.
• Working with the Compliance team to ensure compliance with all legislation changes, sector changes and company policies/procedure updates.

Person Specification

As an Candidate Resourcer, You will be targeted on your ability to find the best candidates to join our thriving candidate pool and on boarding them in a friendly and efficient manner.

Working hours:

We are there to support our schools when they need us most, so our general working hours are between 7am-5pm through school term times, and 9am-4pm through the school holidays.
