We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join one of our prestigious clients in Bradford. Day to Day of the role:

  • Handle inbound calls from the public, motor dealerships, repairers, and technicians
  • Process all claims proactively, efficiently, and in accordance with company policy
  • Keep consumers informed of the status of their contacts, ensuring clear communication and accurate recording of customer journeys
  • Respond to enquiries received through various channels, adhering to company policy and product terms and conditions
  • Escalate issues beyond the scope of the job description to the relevant manager immediately
  • Maintain a consistent focus on consumer experience and outcomes
  • Deal with queries from within the business and the wider group, providing a high level of service
  • Capture contact data accurately for future insight and seamless customer journeys
  • Display role model behaviours within the workplace and during work-related activities
  • Adhere to all regulatory and business processes, such as FCA regulations and GDPR requirements
  • Keep all assigned property in good working order and report any faults promptly
  • Engage in department activities to drive future improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferable but not essential
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to fit within our company values of excellence, integrity, innovation, responsibility, inclusion, and teamwork
  • Openness to a culture of celebration and change, with the ability to adapt
  • No set qualifications required
