Responsibilities will include:

Providing strategic and operational leadership, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction across all areas of the business through the delivery of high-quality service and operational excellence.
Control operational budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring all business and profitability targets are consistently achieved.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process enhancements to drive operational efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
Oversee all departmental functions to ensure alignment with company objectives and that performance targets are met or exceeded across the board.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience

Extensive senior management experience within an engineering environment, ideally with a strong background in sheet metal, fabrication and laser cutting operations.
A demonstrable track record of driving business growth and delivering sustained profitability, with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
In-depth understanding of management profit and loss accounts, with the ability to make data-driven decisions that enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, combined with a collaborative leadership style and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.Company Benefits
