Claims Administrator

JOB TYPE: Permanent, FullTime

Pertemps are pleased to be working on behalf of well regarded global organization, within their Redhill site. We have a fantastic opportunity for a swtiched- on and customer focussed administrator to join their offices.

The focus of this role is to act as a focal and escalation point which will involve data entry of new insurance claims received and allocate to designated teams. The site is easily accessable via public transport, with parking also available on site. Hours will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and the position is due to commence as soon as possible although notice periods will be taken into account.

Responsibilities will include:

- Issuing acknowledgement letters to clients
- Handling telephone calls and enquiries from policy holders and recording relevant information onto database
- Managing the central inbox
- Ensuring that service level agreements are adhered to

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following:

- Minimum GCSE 'C@ grades or equivalent in Maths and English
- Good data entry skills
- Intermediate level Word & Excel
- Previous office experience is an advantage
