Our Client in the Royston area are looking for a CNC Programmer / CNC Offline Programmer / CNC Miller

The role will be based onsite in the Royston area, a full time permanent position salary up to £45k depending on experience working a day shift.

CNC Miller / Offline Programmer - Royston
Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)

Our client, a leading prototype engineering business based in Royston, is seeking an experienced CNC Miller / Offline Programmer to join their team in a key programming lead role.

You will be responsible for programming 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines using Mastercam, supporting high-quality prototype and low-volume production work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offline programming of 3 & 5 axis CNC milling machines (Mastercam)

• Setting and operating CNC mills when required

• Leading programming activities and supporting machining teams

• Working from engineering drawings to produce high-precision components

• Contributing to continuous improvement and best practices

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Mastercam

• CAD CAM experience Offline CNC Programming experience
• CNC Milling and CNC Machining experience

• Proven CNC milling and offline programming background

• Ability to work with complex prototype components

• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
