Please let us know if we can make any reasonable adjustments for you at any stage in the process.An exciting Fin tech company are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to welcome into their Finance department for 3 months fixed term contract.You will be reporting into the Finance Controller, and  you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day processing of financial information across our global operations and help ensure the smooth running of our accounts payable function.What You’ll Do

• Handle purchase orders and supplier invoices
• Run weekly payments and reconcile bank/supplier accounts
• Respond to invoice and payment queries
• Support employee expense claims
• Strengthen financial controls and improve processes

  What You’ll Bring

• Strong numeracy and academic background
• Experience in accounts payable, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Tipalti or Sage Intacct is a plus
• Great attention to detail and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and improve
