• Play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining our financial framework.
• Prepare formal financial statements in line with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and manage the external review of financial records.
• Oversee group-level financial integration and inter-entity transactions.
• Handle corporate tax matters in both the UK and the US.
• Ensure compliance with tax requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Perform periodic reconciliations related to indirect taxes.
• Facilitate tax registrations in new regions as business needs evolve.
• Resolve cross-border billing and VAT-related inquiries.
• Support initiatives related to innovation tax reliefs.
• Address matters concerning intercompany pricing strategies.
• Administer corporate insurance policies and renewals.
• Take ownership of various financial compliance and reporting tasks (e.g., regulatory surveys, assurance frameworks, and tax documentation).
• Liaise with investment partners and support investor relations.

• ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent 
• Practice Trained & one-year minimum work experience in the industry 
• Solid grounding in both UK tax environments.
• Background in audit and statutory reporting.
• Proficient in preparing financial statements.
