Education Personnel are looking for a Cover Supervisor to support our secondary school in Derbyshire. The role is full-time and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our school.

Located in the North Derbyshire area, our esteemed school is well-regarded in the locality. We are currently looking for a dynamic Cover Supervisor to join our team. General duties of the Cover Supervisor will be:

* Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher.

* Ensuring that pre-prepared work is completed by students.

* Managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.

* Providing support to students as needed.

* Assisting with administrative tasks as required.

Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:

* Supervise and manage students in the absence of regular teachers.

* Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.

* Manage classroom behaviour and encourage student engagement.

* Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain continuity in students' education.

* Provide support to students in their learning activities.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working with students, preferably in an educational setting.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment.

* A willingness to follow and deliver pre-prepared lesson plans.

* A genuine interest in contributing to students' educational development.

Experience:
