Home Manager
We're on the lookout for an experienced Home Manager to join a leading care home provider in Aberdeen. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality care and have a strong understanding of care standards and regulations, this could be the perfect role for you!

As the Home Manager, you'll be accountable for:
- Overseeing the daily management of a medium sized nursing home
- Ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations
- Managing budgets and financial planning
- Leading and developing a multidisciplinary team.
- Liaising with residents, families, and health professionals

The ideal Home Manager will have:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Background working in an elderly care setting.
- An NMC Pin is Essential
- Proven evidence of Good or Very Good Care Inspectorate inspections
- A great understanding of Care Inspectorate regulations
