Company Overview:
Our Client is a leading wealth management firm based in Uckfield, dedicated to providing exceptional financial solutions to their clients. They are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrator to join our team. As a key member of their administrative team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to advisors and clients.
Systems:
- Proficiency in Intelliflo and MS Office is essential.
- Preferably some experience with Defaqto, MiCAP reports, Assureweb, Cashcalc, and Trello (training provided).
Administrative Duties:
- Answering telephones (low volume).
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, including scanning and uploading documents.
- Inputting client data into the back-office system (IO).
- Generating fee invoices when required.
- Drafting administrative letters such as letter of authorities and transfer authorities.
- Assisting with project management tasks.
- General office maintenance.
Client Case Duties:
- Inputting attitude to risk questionnaires and generating reports.
- Preparation of client review files and creating Trello boards.
- Updating fact finds and conducting ID checks.
- Running Defaqto reports for select cases.
- Preparing client valuations and statements of worth.
- Researching and gathering information from providers.
- Liaising with clients/providers at case level.
General Obligations:
- Staying up to date with Quilter systems and advice procedures.
- Attending relevant QFP and anti-money laundering financial crime webinars.
- Maintaining a daily job list and managing workflow efficiently.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant data and privacy rules.
- Continuing education to maintain adequate technical knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar wealth management/administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Intelliflo and MS Office.
- Familiarity with financial software/tools such as Defaqto, Cashcalc, and Trello preferred.
