Role Overview

As a PE Teacher, you will:

Teach Physical Education across KS3, KS4 (GCSE), and KS5 (A-Level or equivalent).

*

Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that build physical confidence and promote healthy lifestyles.

Inspire students through extracurricular sports, team competitions, and fitness activities.

*

Track student progress effectively and provide targeted support for all ability levels.

Collaborate with the PE department to enhance curriculum delivery and enrichment opportunities.

Contribute to school life through sports clubs, trips, and community engagement.

About You

*

A degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.

*

PGCE and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).

*

Experience teaching PE across KS3, KS4, and ideally KS5.

*

A passion for sport and physical education, with strong coaching or team leadership experience.

*

High standards of classroom and practical lesson delivery.

*

Open to taking on additional responsibility - TLR available for the right candidate.

Salary

The salary for this PE Teacher position will be paid in line with the national MPS/UPS scale. A TLR is available depending on experience and responsibilities
