An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Revenue Finance Manager to join a large well-established business. This is a chance to lead a critical small team and play a key role in a significant finance transformation journey.Key Responsibilities* Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end revenue process, including the month-end close. Ensure all financial processes are efficient, compliant, and well-documented.* Reporting & Analysis: Manage the production of financial performance reports, providing insightful commentary on variances.* Business Partnering: Collaborate with Controllership, Finance Business Partners, and other stakeholders to provide a comprehensive view of the revenue process.* Financial Controls: Establish, maintain, and monitor the financial control framework, ensuring compliance with all internal and external regulations.* Forecasting & Budgeting: Take a lead role in business planning and forecasting, building robust budgets and managing ad-hoc requests.* Transformation & Improvement: Act as a subject matter expert on projects related to revenue, actively driving sustainable change and process improvements.Skills & Qualifications* Proven experience in a similar revenue accounting or finance management role.* Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and controls.* Experience in managing and developing a team.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.* A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and transformation.If you are a driven and experienced finance professional looking to make a significant impact within a transforming organisation, we would love to hear from you.
