Early Years Practitioner

Join a welcoming and well-established Pre-School in the Kirkham / Fylde area as an Early Years Practitioner. This role offers a nurturing and stimulating environment where you can contribute significantly to the early development and care of young children. We are looking for passionate individuals who are primarily Level 3 qualified in Early Years education. Level 2 are also needed so please do not hesitate to apply if you are level 2 qualified.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Normal working hours of 8:00 -17:00
• Provide high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS standards.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children and families.
• Support children through play-based learning, structured activities, and outdoor exploration.
• Observe, support, and encourage children’s development and learning.
• Carry out personal care routines with comfort.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive nursery ethos.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 2 will also be considered).
• Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach to childcare.
• Availability to work 3–5 days per week.
• A genuine passion for early childhood development.
