💰 £35,000 - £40,000 + Monthly Bonus
⏰ Days: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 3:30pm | Friday 6:00am - 1:00pm

A well-established manufacturing business is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their maintenance team on a permanent days-based shift pattern. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable company offering an early finish every Friday and a performance-based monthly bonus.

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of production equipment. You will be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and supporting continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production and site equipment

Respond to breakdowns and carry out fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems

Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve machine reliability and efficiency

Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime

Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards

Maintain accurate maintenance records

Requirements

Experience working as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills

Experience with PPM systems and breakdown maintenance

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) desirable

Up to 10% monthly bonus based on 3 KPI targets
