Job Role

As the Key Account Manager, you will:

Implement the agreed Business Unit sales strategy delivery against agreed sales targets to achieve revenue and contribution growth for your customer ledger within the agreed area.
Develop and drive sales growth based on thorough fact-based account research and planning.
Develop long lasting and trusted relationships through regular contacts with key decision makers.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to share market and customer intelligence to drive growth.
Champion the company culture by living and breathing core values.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

You will be an experience Buyer with:

Generate regional customer and product plans, working with key internal stakeholders.
Proactive drive opportunities on all projects on your ledger.
Ensure customers are wowed through perfect effective, timely communication and excellence in customer service.
Proactive reduction of errors leading to variation, credits and FOC.
Work hours required to achieve purpose of role.
Main point of contact and escalation within the team.
Take ownership of escalated issues as needed.
Proactive credit and payment management.
Regular customer visits as agreed alongside Sales Manager.
Assist with scheduling customer visits to company Head Office.
Ensure twice yearly data cleanse is performed to eradicate any dirty data.
Quoting, owning and converting enquiries into orders and payment.Key Functional Qualities Our Client Is Seeking:
