Salary: 13 GBP p/hr

Main duties and responsibilities:

Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests

Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

Handle reservations, calls and email enquiries

Process payments and maintain accurate guest records

Resolve guest queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction

Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations

Essential criteria:

Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer-facing role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident using booking systems and basic IT software

Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask

Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to own transport
