Accounts Coordinator

Due to our continued growth and expansion BARR Personnel, an Ipswich based leading Driving Recruiting company are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our established team.
This role attracts a Competitive basic + commission, excellent earning potential and benefits

An Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day to day servicing of clients against an agreed Service Level Agreement or set KPI's and is the daily management representative for BARR Personnel.

Account Coordinator Responsibilities
• Liaising to our client base to understand their staffing requirements and filling bookings
• Recruiting drivers through various job boards, advertising and social media accounts, and relationships with job centres and training providers locally.
• Working with our branch resourcer to screen, register & interview candidates - ensuring we select the correct candidate for the job roles advertised
• Relationship building with both candidates and clients
• Organising candidate induction and training prior to starting assignment
• Responsible for continuous candidate compliance - checking the eligibility to work in the UK documents, Driving licence checks etc
• Daily management of our candidate pool, ensuring we fulfil client requirements in regard to the number of temporary workers required on a daily basis
• Communicating with driving department team manager on delivery of our service provision on a day to day basis
• Completion of weekly payroll hours, ensuring all temporary workers are being paid the correct hours, pay rate and approved holidays
• Working with the client's management team to deliver recruitment forecasting on a monthly to quarterly basis
• Reporting of KPI's on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

The successful candidate will
• ideally have previous Customer Service / Accounts Management experience in the recruitment sector (although full training will be provided)
• have a full UK driving licence and access to their own car
• have excellent communication skills and be able to deal with enquiries from our clients and candidates in a professional manner both in person and on the telephone at all times.
• be able to work as part of a team to deliver high levels of service to our client and candidates
• have the ability to manage multiple tasks with differing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• be computer literate with experience in Excel and preferably CRM systems too.

The working hours on this role are Monday - Friday 8am till 5pm.
