Salary: £90-£105 per day (depending on experience)

Prospero Teaching is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Exeter to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant for a full-time role starting in September.

🏫 The Role:

Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on experience)
Working 1:1 with children who may have additional needs (SEN)
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Creating a positive and engaging learning environment

✅ The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children (in school, care, or youth settings)
A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
A genuine passion for education and child development
Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Psychology degree) are desirable but not essential
