SW London 2 days a week | Some weekly travel to central London

9 month contract, £800pd outside IR35

Altum Consulting is supporting a market leading organisation who is rolling out a new global HR operating model. They are looking for a seasoned HR Operating Model Implementation Lead to join a pivotal moment in the programme's delivery phase. This is a great opportunity to play a central role in one of the largest HR transformation programmes in its sector. With the design phase complete and signed off, the focus is now firmly on implementation and stakeholder engagement. This role is about bringing the blueprint to life - standing up the new HR operating model, embedding real change in the team's new ways of working, managing complex stakeholder engagement, and helping teams navigate the human side of transformation.

What we're looking for:

  • A hands-on transformation leader with deep expertise and war stories in implementing HR operating model change and transitioning to shared service models
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex global HR transformation programmes
  • A functional background in HR business partnering
  • Ideally experience of setting up internal HR consultancies
  • A pragmatic, sleeves-rolled-up delivery style, solving problems on the ground
  • A flexible approach and comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills - especially in high-stakes or sensitive environments
  • A resilient, calm presence who can steer the team through pressure points and transition milestones
