Position: Feasibility & Application Engineer

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000

Location: Milton Keynes

Proactive currently have an exciting opportunity for a Feasibility & Application Engineer to begin work for a leading manufacturing and production business based in Milton Keynes.

Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, our client is hoping to recruit at least one additional Feasibility & Application Engineer to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the site's function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work.

The Role:

- Assist with incoming enquiries from our UK & European sales teams.

- Review of new customer applications across various industry sectors

- Design & Manufacture of test tooling

- Produce internal feasibility reports.

- Produce customer reports for completed feasibility work.

- Maintain documentation of feasibility and application data

- Point of contact for internal & customer-related technical requests.

- Participate in general housing keeping, EHS & Lean activities

Experience/Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience in the field of mechanical or production engineering, ideally in an industrial environment.

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- General knowledge of ERP systems desirable (ideally SAP)

- Team- and customer-oriented way of working

- Attention to detail.

- Hands-on attitude and self-starter
