Are you passionate about supporting international students and creating a welcoming, safe environment for them to thrive?

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Accommodation, Activities & Welfare Officer to join a vibrant education team in Cambridge. This is a temporary ongoing role offering £25 per hour.

What You’ll Do:
  • Source and inspect homestay accommodation, ensuring safeguarding and health & safety standards.
  • Be the first point of contact for student welfare and accommodation issues.
  • Coordinate engaging social programmes and student transport.
  • Support ESOL admissions, visa applications, and compliance processes.
  • Assist with admin, marketing, and recruitment within the International Office.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in safeguarding, accommodation coordination, and student welfare.
  • Strong admin and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of UKVI visa processes and ESOL admissions is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on a rota.
  • A positive, culturally aware attitude and the ability to travel around Cambridge.
