Experienced HLTA Needed – Long-Term Role in a Fantastic WF4 Primary School

Start Date: Straight after the Easter holidays

Days: Monday to Thursday (4 days per week)

I’m currently working with a supportive and well-led Primary school in the WF4 area that is looking for a confident HLTA to join their team on a long-term basis after Easter. This isn’t a short-term or “keep things ticking over” type of position - the school wants someone who can slot into the team, contribute ideas, and bring solid experience to the role.

• Has strong HLTA experience in a primary school
• Is confident leading lessons when needed
• Brings reliability, a positive attitude, and strong classroom presence
• Can start immediately after the Easter break
• Holds HLTA status or equivalent experience
