We’re working with a specialist school in Dibden that is looking for a dedicated and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term temporary basis.
Pupils receive a personalised and engaging education through a broad curriculum that includes both formal lessons and informal learning experiences. Staff work collaboratively to create a caring, structured environment that supports academic progress and personal development. Each pupil is understood as an individual, with tailored support and strong relationships at the heart of the approach. ?? Your Role Will Include:
- Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
- Assisting with classroom activities and behaviour management
- Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
? What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach
- A determination and commitment to helping young people succeed!
