Due to new work wins and a period of sustained growth they are keen to identify a new Contracts Manager.

Our client carries out large painting and decorating contracts for the commercial, health, education and bespoke residential sectors - they have an enviable record for safety, quality and delivery.

The Candidate:

* A demonstrable work history of working in the same sector.

* Excellent client/architect facing skills.

* Excellent communication skills - written & verbal.

* Commercially astute.

* Computer literate.

* Strong SHEQ standards

* Relevant industry related CSCS and Certs
